The constraint
What ruled out the obvious answer
The account describes a fixed seasonal launch date and Saudi label-registration review before mass printing. Oil and packaging approvals were therefore coordinated in parallel. This describes that programme, not the legal requirements or approval sequence for every GCC shipment.
What changed
The specification, not the relationship
The hydro-distilled oil and CO₂ extract were coordinated in one sourcing and filling programme, using their respective production methods rather than describing both as distilled oil. Each grade shipped against its own batch certificate, with the lot number printed on the vial matching the number on the report. Filling, labelling and the rigid outer box ran here, against a pre-production sample approved in writing before any tooling was cut.

What was hard
The part that did not go smoothly
The project account describes an ingredient phrase on the first label proof needing correction during Saudi registration. It was corrected before mass printing and added about two weeks to the preparation discussed. That experience informed later proofs; it is not a claim that the wording is a universally approved GCC label template.
