Pure agarwood powder is the base input for everything else in this category — sticks, seal incense, blending, electric-burner retail. Buying it unblended means the binder ratio and the final formulation are your decisions rather than ours. That is exactly what a manufacturer or a serious blending house wants.
The three specifications that matter are mesh, resin fraction and moisture. You should nominate all three on the purchase order. Mesh determines behaviour: 120 for seal incense where the pattern must hold a narrow raised edge, 80 for electric burners and general blending, 40 where visible particles are wanted for direct-heat burning, 200 for fine cosmetic and specialist applications. Resin fraction determines scent depth and price. Moisture determines whether the material behaves the same in your facility as it did in ours.
We screen to the nominal mesh and run magnetic and screen separation before packing. We do not publish a sieve-conformity percentage, because we do not own standard test sieves. Every batch has a retained sealed sample held three months from dispatch; a certificate of analysis and GC-MS profiling are available on request, and we recommend both for any buyer who will be reselling under their own brand.
One practical warning that costs buyers money every year: if you re-pack bulk powder into retail jars at your end, do it in a dehumidified room and reseal quickly. Agarwood powder is hygroscopic and will pick up enough moisture in a humid packing hall to cake and self-extinguish, at which point the complaint comes back as a quality problem with the material.

Which mesh do I need?

Is this pure or is there binder in it?
100% Aquilaria — no binder, no filler, no added fragrance. If you want it pre-blended with makko at a nominated ratio, order the makko-blended SKU instead, which removes a process step at your end.
How should I store and re-pack it?
Sealed, away from light and humidity — 36 months shelf life under those conditions. If you re-pack into retail jars, do it in a dehumidified room and reseal immediately. Powder that picks up moisture during re-packing cakes and self-extinguishes. It will be blamed on the material rather than the packing hall.
