Electric Incense Burner With Stepped Temperature Control

Stepped temperature control and a stainless liner. Two things most units miss.

Why this one

What makes Temperature-Controlled Incense Burner different

Heat, not burn

Agarwood volatilises cleanly between 120 and 200 °C and chars above 220 °C. Stepped control keeps the user inside the useful window.

Stainless liner, always

The chamber is what fails on cheap units. Painted and plated liners degrade, discolour and eventually taint the scent.

Certification you can actually produce

CE and RoHS with declaration of conformity and underlying test reports supplied per shipment — because the importer carries the liability.

Figures are our own production and batch measurements. Where a value needs independent confirmation — GC-MS on oil, flash point for the safety data sheet, material identity against LY/T 2904 — it is commissioned from an accredited laboratory and you receive their report rather than ours. An analysis issued by the supplier of the goods is a weaker document than an independent one, and we would rather you had the stronger one.

About this product

Temperature-Controlled Incense Burner — detail

The electric burner is the hardware that anchors a powder and chip business. A customer who owns one is committed to your consumables for as long as the unit works. The reorder cycle on powder is measured in weeks. That is the commercial case for carrying burners even at thinner margin than the consumables they sell.

Three specifications separate a unit that survives from one that generates returns. First, temperature control. Agarwood volatilises cleanly between roughly 120 and 200 °C; below that very little is released, above about 220 °C it chars and turns acrid. Cheap units run a single uncontrolled element that free-runs well past the useful window. Ours steps across 80 to 250 °C with ±8 °C steady-state accuracy and under 15 °C overshoot on the initial rise.

Second, the chamber liner. This is the component that actually fails. Painted and plated chambers degrade under repeated heat cycling, discolour visibly, and eventually contaminate the scent of whatever is heated in them — at which point the customer blames your powder. We specify stainless throughout and test to 500 heat cycles with no discolouration or scent taint.

Third, certification. For goods entering the EU or UK the importer carries liability, not the factory, so CE and RoHS are your exposure rather than ours. We supply the declaration of conformity and the underlying test reports with every shipment. If any supplier cannot produce those documents on request, the certification does not exist regardless of what is printed on the box — and that is a risk you personally carry.

Buyer Questions

Electric incense burner — frequently asked questions

What temperature should the customer use?

120 to 200 °C for agarwood. Below roughly 120 °C very little resin volatilises; above roughly 220 °C the material chars and the scent turns acrid. The stepped control keeps them inside that window, and the quick-start card in the retail box states it explicitly.

Why does the chamber liner matter more than the housing?

Because it is what fails. Painted and plated chambers degrade under repeated heat cycling, discolour, and eventually taint the scent of anything heated in them — and the customer attributes that to your powder rather than to the burner. Ours is stainless and tested to 500 cycles.

Do you supply the CE and RoHS documentation?

Yes — declaration of conformity plus the underlying test reports with every shipment. This matters because for EU and UK imports the liability sits with the importer, not the manufacturer. A supplier who cannot produce the documents on request does not have the certification.
