Specify agarwood powder by the actual composition, mesh grade, pack and lot. A stated catalogue mesh does not by itself establish resin percentage, purity, moisture or behaviour in the buyer’s equipment. No instrument-based moisture or resin-content result is published here.
The catalogue mesh options are 40, 80, 120 and 200. The 120-mesh seal-incense formulation is an option for trial with a press, not a universal standard or guarantee that every trail holds its edge and burns continuously. Equipment, packing of the powder, formulation and airflow also affect use.
The pure powder SKU contains no binder; the separate seal-incense powder is a prepared mixture with natural makko. Confirm the selected composition before ordering. The 18–22% binder reference for our sticks is not a universal formula for powder, nor proof of how another formulation will behave.
Colour, touch and scent can support an observation but cannot establish resin fraction or botanical identity on their own. Agree the source information and actual grade description, and request an appropriate method if a numeric composition question matters. A routine GC-MS profile is not a total resin-percentage measurement.
Humidity and storage can affect powder, but caking or self-extinguishing can also reflect composition, particle distribution, compaction and equipment. We dry and protect the product in its agreed pack; we do not publish an unverified moisture percentage or promise that one storage instruction prevents every problem.
The purchasing sample policy is 25 g for koh-grade powder and 100 g for standard powder, with paid samples from identified lots. Evaluate the material in the intended process and keep the lot reference. A small trial does not establish every unit or a later lot’s performance.
For a specification with a moisture ceiling, resin value or other laboratory parameter, agree the method, sampling, acceptance and actual test scope before ordering. Do not print a result merely because a purchase order requests the number. Reports are on request after availability and charges are confirmed.
Use the selected product’s supported storage and shelf-life statement rather than adding a different period from a generic guide. Keep packaging dry and closed; repacking changes the conditions and needs its own appropriate handling and assessment.
Declare the actual material and binder where applicable. Ask the broker and relevant authorities about the species, form, source and route before dispatch. An analysis does not by itself decide customs classification or guarantee clearance.
